What It's Made Of

Real materials. No exceptions.

Every piece starts with materials we'd stake our name on. Here's what goes into Inclusive Rebel jewelry — and why it matters.

Sterling Silver

Sterling silver is the backbone of everything we make. It's 92.5% pure silver alloyed for strength — the real thing, not plated, not filled, not "silver-tone." It develops a natural patina over time that gives each piece its own character.

Composition: 92.5% pure silver, 7.5% copper alloy

Hallmark: Stamped .925

Why it matters: Hypoallergenic, durable, holds value, ages beautifully

Thai Silver

Thai silver refers to handcrafted silver beads and components made by skilled artisans in Thailand, often with a higher silver content than standard sterling — typically 95–99% pure. The result is a softer, more luminous metal with a slightly warmer tone. Each bead is individually made, so no two are identical.

Composition: 95–99% pure silver

Origin: Handcrafted in Thailand by traditional silversmiths

Why it matters: Higher purity, handmade character, softer luster

Karen Hill Tribe Silver

Karen hill tribe silver comes from the Karen people of the mountainous border regions of Thailand and Myanmar. These artisans have been working silver for generations, hand-stamping and shaping each bead using traditional techniques passed down through families. The silver is typically 99.5–99.9% pure.

Composition: 99.5–99.9% pure silver

Origin: Karen artisan communities, northern Thailand & Myanmar

Why it matters: Highest purity, hand-stamped detail, cultural heritage in every bead

"If I can't tell you exactly what it's made of and where it came from, it doesn't go in the shop."

Natural Beauty

Freshwater Pearls

Our freshwater pearls are the real thing — naturally formed, not plastic, not glass, not "faux." Each one has its own shape, size, and luster, which is exactly the point. We wire-wrap them by hand onto sterling silver, so every bracelet and necklace is one of a kind.

Type: Natural freshwater cultured pearls

Character: Organic shapes, warm luster, each one unique

Why it matters: Real, not simulated — no two pieces look the same

Natural Gemstones

Coral, prehnite, tourmalinated quartz, lapis, amethyst, garnet, turquoise — we work with natural gemstones that bring color and character to every piece. We source stones for their visual impact and quality, not because they're trendy.

Stones we love: Coral, prehnite, tourmalinated quartz, lapis lazuli, amethyst, garnet, turquoise

Why it matters: Natural color, natural variation — every stone is one of one

Natural Coral

The warm pink-orange coral beads you see in our wire-wrapped pieces are natural coral — not dyed, not reconstituted. Coral has been used in jewelry for thousands of years, and its soft warmth pairs beautifully with the cool tone of sterling silver and the organic glow of freshwater pearls.

Type: Natural coral

Color: Salmon to deep pink-orange

Why it matters: Ancient material, timeless warmth, pairs perfectly with silver and pearl
