Every object that passes Lisa's gate earns a permanent number. Available, claimed, gifted, kept, damaged or withdrawn — the record stays. Nothing disappears because the ending was inconvenient.
A Ledger number is not a style number and it is not a WooCommerce product ID. It belongs to one physical object after that object has passed Lisa's gate.
If another pair of the same artisan earrings enters later, it receives a new number. The earlier number remains closed exactly where its story ended.
The Case is what you can buy. The Ledger is everything that has earned a place here.
The piece is visible, but the list gets the first 24 hours to claim it.
The First Refusal window has closed and the piece is open to everyone.
The object is gone. The number, listed price and permanent record remain.
Kept by Lisa. Gifted. Damaged. Withdrawn. A retired number never disappears silently.
Browse the permanent record by status or origin. Claimed pieces stay visible. Public prices are the prices at which the pieces entered the record — never the buyer's private transaction details.

Why claimed pieces stay: a ledger is a permanent record, not an inventory feed. Closing a number is part of its history. Removing it would erase the thing the system exists to preserve.
Why you may see the same design twice: the number belongs to an acquisition, not a design. If another artisan-made pair enters later, it receives a new number and its own record.
Every numbered piece leaves with an Inclusive Rebel provenance card. The card carries its number, origin, principal materials, date entered and permanent record URL.
Where the construction allows it, the object may also carry a discreet physical number mark. Where a tag would compromise the piece, the card remains the permanent companion.
Jewelry made at Lisa's bench and pieces collected through her eye in Reno, Nevada. Every numbered piece is carded and entered in the permanent Ledger. Inside Live It Naked, her work appears as Wear It Naked.
